All rules will be in accordance with NCAA standards

1. Playing time will consist of 2 twenty minute running halves with a five minute half time. Games will begin promptly. 
2. There will be no stick checks unless requested by the opposing coach, and if the stick is found not to be illegal, the challenging team will be charged a time out. If no timeout remains, a delay of game technical foul will be assessed.
3. Each team will receive one 30 second timeout each half. Timeouts will not carry over to the next half.  Timeouts may not be called in the last two minutes of a half.
4. No Overtime in regulation play.
5. No scores will be recorded for the games.
6. High School sticks must meet either NFHS or NCAA standards.
7. U11, U13 & U15 sticks must meet NFHS standards.
8. Subsititution on the fly, except on a time serving penalty. In that case teams will have a quick horn to get EMO or EMD on the field.
9. U13 & U15 teams will play with advancement rules in place.  U11 will not play with advancement rules.
10. U11 stick length must be between 36" - 72".
11. In High School on a foul in the box play will not stop untile the ball leaves the box or the defense gains possession of the ball.  This rule will not be in place for U11, U13 or U15.
12. In High School on a faceoff violation before the whistle, the offending team's faceoff player must leave the field and be substituted for through the substitution area.  This rule will not be in place for U11, U13 or U15 games.
13. U11 players must be born after August 31, 2000.
14. U13 players must be born after August 31, 1998.
15. U15 players must be born after August 31, 1996.
16. Players are allowed to play in an age group above their natural birthdate but no player is allowed to play in a division below their natural birthdate.

DECISION ON THE FIELD WILL BE THE FINAL RULING.
