If numbers permit we will split the U13 and U15 ages into A & B divisions.  Please note your preference on your registration form.

REGISTRATION

Registration is currently underway.  This year's tournament will be one of the largest and most competitive middle school and high school lacrosse tournaments in the south.  Space in the tournament is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come basis. 

A $400.00 nonrefundable deposit will hold a team's spot in the tournament until May 1, 2012 at which time nonrefundable full payment will be due.

By submitting a registration from for a team each coach acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and will adhere to the rules of play and eligibility requirements.

WAIVER/MEDICAL RELEASE

All parents/players should complete a Waiver of Liablilty/Medical Release Form.  These should be turned in at the registration desk, as a team, prior to the team's first game.

ROSTERS

All teams should submit a complete team roster by May 15, 2012.  These rosters can be emailed, in EXCEL format only, to info@rocketcitylax.com. Rosters should include players uniform #, name, address, DOB, school, graduation year, phone # and parent's email address.  Rosters for High School teams submitted on our team information sheet will be compiled into one, easy to use, spreadsheet and supplied to all college coaches.

Warrior Rocket City Lax Blast is a Dick's Sporting Goods Tournament of Champions Qualifying Event.  The top teams in the High School, U15 and U13 Divisions will be invited to attend the Tournament of Champions - the Boys High School Club Lacrosse National Championship.
