In order to participate in Aloha Tournaments events, players/coaches are required to give contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) and birthdates. This information is used by Aloha Tournaments staff to determine age eligibility and team placement. It is also required by our insurance carrier to obtain coverage for our events.
When registration forms require users to provide sensitive information such as credit card numbers that information is destroyed and shredded after use.
Contact information provided by High School age players is given to college lacrosse coaches that attend our events. Players can opt out of this by having their coach submit a roster with complete information to be used for age verification and insurance purposes and a second roster to be provided to college coaches without a player’s information on it.
Aloha Tournaments will sometimes use the contact information provided to notify player’s parents and coaches of opportunities provided by Aloha Tournaments – camps, clinics, tournaments.
From time to time, we also provide postal, phone and email lists to Aloha Tournaments corporate partners for the specific purpose of offering discounts or programs which we think might be of interest to our participants. These parties are directed not to use these mailing lists for any other purposes or to disclose them to any third party. Recipients may opt out of these emails by utilizing that option at the bottom of the email.
