Aloha Tournaments was created to develop, promote and host youth athletic tournaments.  In 1999, the founders of Aloha Tournaments created the Warrior Lax Splash Lacrosse Tournament .  Lax Splash quickly became the largest competitive lacrosse tournament in the world. Along with Lax Splash, Aloha Tournaments has created or helped develop over a dozen other lacrosse and field hockey tournaments.  It is their belief that a tournament has to be more than a few games and a trophy.  Our founders and administrators have had many years of experience in the lacrosse and field hockey industry - both as players, volunteers and business people.

Aloha Tournaments is dedicated to providing the complete tournament experience.  It is our goal that every player that competes in our tournaments, as well as every parent or fan that visits, will leave with the feeling that they have enjoyed a celebration of their sport.  We work closely with our sponsors to get them involved in this atmosphere.  Aloha Tournaments can help you or your organization with every step of your tournament preparation and execution.  We can provide support from the first idea until the last score is posted and piece of trash removed.  We can provide the infrastructure to allow you to enjoy your tournament and reap the benefits of your hard work.  Tournaments can be organized in a competitive or festival atmosphere.  All age groups can be accommodated.  We will turn your dream of a tournament into a successful reality.

Aloha Tournaments provides grassrooots marketing at its finest.  Over the course of one tournament season Aloha Tournaments provides exposure to over 20,000 players and 30,000 fans.  Each tournament has its own FANZONE that allows player, families and fans to have direct access to vendors and sponsors.  Games at each tournament are focused around the FANZONE.  Each sponsor and vendor is provided access to all fans and players.  Aloha Tournaments also provides promotion on printed materials and websites with links from the tournament websites to those of sponsors and vendors.  The Aloha Tournament website receives tremendous activity year round with a peak near tournament time, as players and fans continually check the website for scheduling and scoring updates.

Aloha Tournaments can also provide space at each tournament for corporate promotion or entertainment.  Signage of all sponsors is prominently displayed at each tournament.  Aloha tournaments realizes the needs and objectives of all sponsors differ.  We can cater our package to meet your sponsorship needs.  Aloha Tournaments has the essentials to create the ultimate grassroots marketing opportunity for your business.

Aloha Tournaments provides a tremendous atmosphere for vendors.  Each tournament is centered around a FANZONE that is complete with music, entertainment, food and vendors.  The tournament begins and ends in this area as all teams must pass through to register and this is where the awards are distributed.  It is full of opportunities to display and sell all types of merchandise.

At this time, vending opportunities for our events are limited.  Categories that are no longer available are lacrosse sticks, protective equipment, lacrosse artwork, shorts, shirts and hats.  If you product fits into a unique category different from those listed above, please contact us for more information.

Each vendor will be provided a 10' x 10' space to set up their tents, tables, chairs, etc.

• Provide payment 14 days prior to  each tournament
• Provide all tents, tables, chairs and power, as needed     
• Vendor should not have any loudspeakers, music or amplified sound
• Vendor shall provide a certificate of insurance with limeits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 aggregate naming Aloha Tournaments, LLC as an additional insured.
