Register your team(s) by using your Player First Account or creating a Player First Account for your organization.  Your Username and password will be used for all 3 Step Brands: Hogan, NXT, Aloha, Robinson Sports, etc. Each coach can create their own account and can be added during the registration process. Select your event and either register teams individually or use Bulk Upload for multiple teams.

We are striving for an equal level of competition while providing for a safe and fair environment for the players to compete in all age groups. We encourage all teams to push themselves to play against the highest level of competition possible – without jeopardizing the safety or experience of their players.

For most teams, refer to playing level in your spring league or prior tournaments to determine the most appropriate divisions for our tournaments.  You may also call or email us directly and we can provide you with personalized guidance to help you through the process. 

We will try to accommodate any special scheduling requests possible, but please note that we will not cater schedules specifically to certain teams that might create any sort of competitive advantage or at the expense of other another team. 

The bottom line is that we want the players to have a fun, safe, and competitive experience.  It’s not always going to be perfect, but we will do our best to make this happen.

• Event Insurance Now Available:
  We are eager to officially launch our new partnership with USSCI, US Sports Club Insurance. USSCI is the nation’s leader in youth sports club and event cancellation insurance, and we are excited to provide our customers with enhanced registration experience.
  HOW IT WORKS:
• USSCI allows customers the option to protect their youth sports purchase in case of injury, relocation, weather cancellations, etc., no different than having the option to buy travel insurance with an airline.
• USSCI and Players First have teamed up to develop technology that allows our customers to buy insurance during their registration process directly within PlayerFirst
• Cost for customers to insure their event registration: Outdoor Program: 10% of registration cost.
  The percentage is based on the full price of the program, not inclusive of any potential discounts/scholarships, and does not include any service fees, transaction fees or tax in the total.

We will hold your registration for seven (7) calendar days while we wait to receive your check.  If we do not receive your deposit check within those 7 days, you will risk losing your spot to another team that completes their payment ahead of you.  Checks should be made payable to Aloha Tournaments’ and ALL checks should be mailed to the following address. Please note team name and invoice number.

All players must sign a waiver to participate in an Aloha Tournaments event. 

We recommend you start sending your waivers out at least 4 weeks before the event to give our staff ample time to confirm rosters and eligibility. There are some changes to your dashboard to make it easier!

All waivers are good for one year and when a waiver is signed it will automatically be applied to any other event for 1 year.

Option 1 - Have your Team Roster Themselves

1. On the Roster Building page, click the Link to Self Roster button.

 

 

2. Once clicked, the link will be copied. Send this link to parents/guardians to complete their waiver. Upon completion, the athlete will be automatically added to your roster.

TO SEE WHO HAS SIGNED WAIVER:

1. Go to your dashboard and click on pencil icon next to the team.

2. The list shows players confirmed waiveers.

3. Reach out to players who have not signed a waiver with the link.
