Welcome to the the Warrior Liberty Lacrosse Shootout 2008!! June 7-8, 2008 The Warrior Liberty Lacrosse Tournament is a smoke free and pet free event. We appreciate your respect for our fans and players! Thanks to everyone for a great weekend of lacrosse. Despite the heat we saw some great lacrosse and appreciate the efforts of the players, coaches, families, fans and officials throughout the weekend. We'd like to offer special congratulations to our Champions and Finalists listed below. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2009!!
Click here to download a team roster form. The tournament will fill quickly. Liberty Lacrosse Shootout 2008will be played at GCVSA's Line Road Fields. Not only will we have lots of fields with continuous play, this will also be the site of the Warrior LaxZone. The Warrior Liberty Lacrosse Shootout is a competitive Lacrosse Tournament for BOYS ages U9 through U15 and U15 division for GIRLS. There will be one division for U9 age teams and an A & B Division for all other age groups. For teams that play the regular season using grade differentiation, U-11 is grades 3/4, U13 is grades 5/6 and U15 is grades 7/8. You may only play children on your regular season roster. (See Team & Coach Information for age group breakdown). Rules & Referees will be the same as used in NJLA, unless otherwise noted. All divisions will be played as established by the NJLA. ALL U9 AND U13 BOYS GAMES WILL BE ON SATURDAY.ALL U15B GIRLS GAMES WILL BE ON SATURDAY. ALL U11 AND U15 BOYSGAMES WILL BE ON SUNDAY. ALL U15A GIRLS GAMES WILL BE ON SUNDAY. PARKING NOTICE REGARDING ON-SITE PARKING 1. Four (4) Parking Passes will be made available to the coach of each team registered in the Tournament. We would ask the coach to communicate with team parents and encourage carpooling as much as possible using these passes. We will forward the Parking Passes approximately a week before the event. 2. Cars without Parking Passes will be charged $5 to park on the Tournament Site; we would ask anyone parking without a pass have the $5 ready when they turn into the front gate. 3. We will have Parking Marshalls on site to check Parking Passes, collect the parking fee, and to help identify parking spots.
4. We would ask anyone who parks on site to be courteous and park immediately adjacent to the next car, so we optimize the use of the parking slots that are available. 5. Cars that park along Line Road or that double park on the Tournament Site may be towed by the Willistown Township Police; please do not park along Line Road even if you did so in 2004 or 2005. 6. There should be adequate parking for everyone this year. Thanks you for your attention and you anticipated assistance in connection with our efforts to make the Tournament better for everyone. REGISTRATION FEE $500.00 per Team. Registration fee includes all referee fees, 18 WARRIOR Liberty Lacrosse Shootout 2008 T-Shirts for players (t-shirts for additional players & coaches may be purchased at the tournament), and trophies for championship and runner-up teams (20 per team). No teams will be scheduled without the registration fee paid.
All teams should register for the most appropriate division based on their skill level. The goal for each team should be to enjoy a competitive tournament, not to be a dominant team in a weaker division. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: *The tournament, or any division in the tournament, may fill prior to the registration deadline. All spots are filled on a first come basis.
