The Brine Summer Sizzle Lacrosse Tournament is a competitive lacrosse tournament for BOYS Middle School and High School lacrosse teams.  There are A & B divisions for U13 and U15 age groups and A & B divisions for High School.  The tournament will be held at Maryland State Fairgrounds (HS), St. Paul's School (HS) and Genesee Valley Fields (U13 & U15) in Parkton, MD from July 18-20, 2008.  Awards will be presented to the first and second place teams in each division.  College coaches from Division I, II and III schools will be well represented at the tournament.

Open registration will begin on January 1, 2008.  This year's tournament will be one of the largest and most competitive middle school and high school lacrosse tournaments in the country.  Space in the tournament is very limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come basis.  It is anticipated that the tournament will fill very quickly after registration begins.

A $400.00 nonrefundable deposit will hold a team's spot in the tournament until June 1, 2008 at which time full payment will be due.

All parents/players should complete a Waiver of Liablilty/Medical Release Form.  These should be turned in at the registration desk, as a team, prior to the team's first game.

All teams should submit a complete team roster by July 1, 2008.  These rosters can be emailed, in EXCEL format only, to info@summersizzlelax.com. Rosters should include players uniform #, name, address, DOB, school, graduation year, phone # and parent's email address.  Rosters for High School teams submitted on our team information sheet will be compiled into one, easy to use, spreadsheet and supplied to all college coaches.

Roster Notes

1. No player may compete, or be rostered, on more than one team during the tournament.  Any team with a player in violation of this rule will forfeit all games in which the player is known to have competed and forfeit the opportunity to advance to the playoff round.
2. Any player that has competed in High School (Fresh/Soph, JV or Varsity) must compete in the High School division.  They are ineligible to compete at the U15 level.
3. U13 players must have been born in 1995 or 1996 (or later).
4. U15 players must have been born in 1993 or 1994 (or later).
5. No High School Graduates are eligible.
